Originally in financial services, Michael transitioned to real estate in 1987 following employment with Dean Witter, Citibank, and Lehman Brothers.
Over the past thirty-two years, he has sold diminutive side street studios to baronial park view eleven room family homes. His experience in both bull and bear real estate markets has given him broad insight that has immensely benefited both buyers and sellers.
Most importantly, Michael is aware that representing participants in the real estate game requires discretion, professionalism, and attention to detail. He understands that the client’s interests are paramount and he seeks out the least stressful way to accommodate those interests.
Other than a two year sabbatical from 2011-2013 living in Europe, Michael has been an Upper West Side resident for 35 years.
