In 1975, while still practicing as a CPA, I became a real estate agent and investor.  Finding this to be my true calling, I established Wohlfarth & Associates on the Upper West Side in 1978.  Over the years, I have assumed numerous leadership positions within the industry was President of MANAR (Manhattan Association of Realtors, Chair of the global committee and president of the International Real Estate Federation – New York City Council (FIABCI).  I have lectured at numerous institutions including New York University, the City University of New York, and REBNY.  We are licensed in New York, Connecticut, and Maine.
