Arleta has lived in both Atlanta and New York. For the last 20 years, New York has won her heart. She now resides on the Upper Westside of Manhattan and absolutely loves and frequents the many restaurants and shops available in the neighborhood. She owns a co-op and was member of the Board of Directors of her building for many years. Arleta worked for 20 years in the advertising field as a Media Buyer/Negotiator for several large advertising agencies. Her negotiating skills at these agencies helped her to obtain the best rates for advertisers such as AT&T, McDonald's Corporation and Lincoln Mercury. As she explains, "her clients were happy as well as her adversaries involved in the negotiation process" a win for all parties. Arleta was drawn to Real Estate after selling her home in Atlanta; at that time, she decided to make the transition into this exciting field. Her experience also includes marketing, promotions and merchandising. With this knowledge, she knows how to create Top-of- Mind-Awareness and accomplish positive results.
